About Us

Northeast Civil Solutions, Inc. (NCS) was established in 1992 and has steadily grown to become one of the preeminent surveying and engineering firms in northern New England. Located in Scarborough, Maine, our firm offers a full range of land surveying, site/civil engineering, and traffic engineering services as well as wetlands and soils science, airport consulting, land planning and federal and state permitting. Our firm has completed projects throughout New England, including work for the federal and state governments, municipalities and various industrial, commercial and private clients. Our customers, both large and small, rely on our commitment to providing quality, focused, solutions to assist in meeting their project needs.

Our senior management plays a key role in ensuring that every project is assigned the appropriate project manager within our firm.
